Robert Treat Academy serves students in general education, students with disabilities and English language learners.  Entry into the Robert Treat Academy Charter School is managed through a lottery system.  Through our web site we hope to provide you with all of the information you will need to understand our lottery process.

1. Applicants must be Newark residents.

2. Kindergarten applicants must be five (5) before October 1st of the school year.

3. Applicants to grades 1 through 8 must have completed the prior grade.
