ABOUT THE STAFF......
Ms. Dolores Barbalaco, Certified Lead Teacher in Grade Four - Room 201 joined the staff of Robert Treat Academy in its second year of operation in 1998. Ms. Barbalaco has had a number of teaching assignments during her 12 years here including grades K, 1, 3, 4, and 6. She also taught art and music in the Academy's early years. Ms. Barbalaco holds a Bachelor's Degree from Montclair State University and is certified as an elementary school teacher in the State of New Jersey. Ms. Barbalaco is an animal lover who enjoys writing poetry.

Teacher Assistant Jacqueline Schnorrbush began working at Robert Treat Academy in 2008. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the College of New Jersey and is currently enrolled in the Master's of Social Work Program at Rutgers University. Ms. Schnorrbush has experience working with children in a variety of areas. She taught preschool for two years at the Mercer County CYO and was a teen travel camp coordinator for three years. She also worked at a shelter for runaway and homeless youth as a cafeteria manager. Ms. Schnorrbush enjoys exercising. This year she is coaching Robert Treat's girls' basketball team.
